Vendor Terms & Conditions
- 1. Vendors must hold current Public Liability Insurance and provide a copy of their certificate of currency.
- 2. All food stallholders and food trucks must comply with relevant food safety
- regulations and obtain necessary permits.
- 3. Vendors are responsible for setting up and packing down their stalls within the allocated times.
- 4. Setup between 7:00am – 8:30am Pack down between 2:00pm – 3:00pm
- 5. Power and water usage must be requested in advance and approved by the market
- organisers.
- 6. Vendors must always maintain a clean and safe environment within and around
- their stall.
- 7. All rubbish must be removed by the vendor at the conclusion of the market.
- 8. The organisers reserve the right to allocate stall positions and to refuse any
- application.
- 9. Vendor fees are payable prior to the market date and are non-refundable except in the event of market cancellation by the organisers.
- 10. Your site/inclusion in the market is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
- 11. Vendors must comply with all directions given by the organisers or their
- representatives on the day.
- 12. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in exclusion from future markets.
